CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the secretariat according to the following policy:
- Cancellations received before 15th July 2019 are entitled to 100% refund;
- Cancellations received between 15th July 2019 & 14th Aug 2019 are entitled to 50% refund;
- Cancellations received on or after 15th Aug 2019, no refund shall be due;
- All refunds will be made after 3 months the end of the event.
